VPOS

Virtual POS (Sanal POS) integration for the Turkish market. Accept payments from all major Turkish bank cards with local processing and Turkish Lira support.

What you get

All major Turkish banks

Accept payments from cards issued by Garanti BBVA, Yapı Kredi, İş Bankası, Akbank, Ziraat, and other leading Turkish banks.

Turkish Lira (TRY)

Process payments natively in Turkish Lira. No currency conversion fees for your Turkish buyers.

Installment support (Taksit)

Offer bank installment plans that Turkish buyers expect. Configure 2, 3, 6, 9, or 12-month installment options with per-bank fee calculation.

Local processing

Payments are processed domestically through Turkish banking infrastructure. Lower decline rates and faster settlement compared to international processors.

3D Secure

Built-in 3D Secure authentication as required by Turkish banking regulations. Protects both you and your buyers from unauthorized transactions.

BIN-based routing

Automatically route payments to the correct bank's virtual POS based on the buyer's card. Optimizes acceptance rates and processing fees.

How it works

1. Set up your VPOS credentials

Enter your bank's virtual POS credentials in TinyVendor's dashboard. You can connect multiple banks to offer broader card coverage.

2. Configure installment plans

Set up which installment options to offer for each bank. TinyVendor calculates the correct fees and displays available plans to buyers at checkout.

3. Accept Turkish card payments

Buyers enter their card details, choose an installment plan if offered, and complete 3D Secure verification. The payment is processed through the issuing bank's VPOS.

Why use VPOS in Turkey

Higher acceptance rates

Domestic card processing through Turkish bank VPOS has significantly higher acceptance rates than routing Turkish cards through international processors like Stripe or PayPal.

Installments are expected

Turkish buyers widely expect installment options (taksit) when shopping online. Not offering installments can significantly reduce conversions in the Turkish market.

Lower fees on domestic transactions

Processing payments through local bank VPOS avoids cross-border fees and currency conversion charges that apply with international payment processors.

Availability

Turkey only

VPOS integration is designed for sellers operating in Turkey with a Turkish bank agreement. Buyers must use cards issued by supported Turkish banks. For international payments, combine VPOS with Stripe or PayPal.
